Learn Spanish in Seville – General Spanish courses

  • You will make real progress with a General Spanish intensive course both in speaking and writing.
  • Classes are in Spanish – you will speak Spanish to your teacher and fellow students.
  • Groups have a maximum of 10 students.
  • The school expects students to make good progress on a 4-week Spanish immersion course. You should improve your Spanish by half a level on the scale of European Framework level. That means that if you start as a B1 (intermediate) you should reach a B2 (higher intermediate) in 8 weeks.
    If you can only take a shorter course, then choose one of the more intensive Spanish courses to make maximum progress and feel more confident.
  • The school offers a wide range of general Spanish courses so that you always find yourself with students of your level.
You can choose from 20, 25 or 30 lessons of 50 minutes per week.

General French Courses

Choose from 20 or 30 French classes per week
In the Montpellier language school, the goal of all French courses is to help students improve their communication in everyday situations. There are also other speaking activities – debates, role plays and presentations – to help you adapt to different everyday situations where formal French may be needed.

20 French classes

The French lessons will cover all the skills – speaking, listening reading and writing – with an emphasis on speaking. The programme takes place in the morning.

30 French classes

The programme includes the same morning programme as the 20 lesson course, but you also have 3 afternoon workshops with activities to help you improve your speaking.

It has been running very successful 4-week intensive CELTA courses over the past 15 years.

CELTA courses in Seville are full-time 4-week intensive courses following the University of Cambridge syllabus.

The course is approximately 126 hours and very ‘hands on’.  You will be teaching from day 2 of the course.

The CELTA course demands a great deal of work, both during and after course hours, so you should not take on other work during this time.

Application Procedure

There is no formal academic entry requirement for Cambridge CELTA course. However, the recommended minimum entry requirement is that candidates should have formal qualifications which would allow entry into higher.

Cambridge regulations state that candidates must:

  • Be at least 20 years old by the end of the course
  • Have the potential to develop the necessary skills to become effective teachers
  • Have a minimum of a high C1 level in English, both written and spoken, that enables them to follow the course and complete all the assessed elements successfully

CELTA Selection Procedure

  • Selection is based on the application form, pre-interview tasks and interview.
  • Interviews are either face to face in Seville or via SKYPE or telephone.
  • Acceptance on the course is not automatic. The selection process is rigorous and ensures that candidates are suitable.
  • The decision to accept the candidate is at the discretion of the centre.

Join the new English for teenagers with Digital Academy course!

This is a specially designed practical course for teenagers to improve their Digital Skills and career prospects.

Students are introduced to coding languages and come away with their very own website.

They will learn about 3D printing and get hands on experience in visits to tech companies and digital workshops.

The Junior Digital Academy includes 15 hours of General English and up to 9 hours of Digital Academy per week (including travel times for offsite visits and workshops).
